Welcome to our cozy one story single family home! No stairs or shared walls in a quiet residential neighborhood in the south suburbs of Chicago. We are a short 10 minute drive to the train station to downtown Chicago and close to interstate I-57 and I-394. 5 minutes from Governors State University and less than a half hour from many local hospitals. We are also a short drive from neighboring shopping areas. No parties, no 3rd party bookings. 2 night minimum/no pets/no smoking.

The home is equipped with three outdoor security cameras located at the front and back doors and facing the driveway which record 24/7. Any tampering with or covering cameras is cause for cancellation of your reservation with no refund

Property is located in a densely populated area. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Outdoor quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud talking, yelling or loud music.

No cigarette smoking allowed indoors. Please only smoke outside in the back area.

Front closet and garage are not available for guest use.
